Visa Filing Assistant

Job Responsibility:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and student-focused Visa Filing Assistant to join our growing immigration team. The ideal candidate will assist students throughout the visa application process and provide accurate guidance for study, work, and tourist visas.

This role combines counselling support, documentation guidance, student assistance, and follow-up through the full visa journey.

Job Specification:

• -Provide counselling and assistance for Study Visa, Work Visa, and Tourist Visa applications
• -Guide students on academic, personal, professional, and financial documentation requirements
• -Assist students and parents throughout the complete process, including online applications, registration, orientation, and evaluations
• -Handle walk-in inquiries and conduct one-on-one profile assessments
• -Convert inquiries into prospective visa application leads
• -Coordinate with foreign institutions and their representatives to obtain offer letters
• -Maintain accurate and up-to-date Study Abroad and visa application records
• -Support students with IELTS / PTE exam guidance, visa applications, and accommodation requirements
• -Follow up with high-potential leads via calls and emails
• -Assist in activities related to promoting overseas educational institutions
• -Requirements & Qualifications
• -Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• -1–2 years of experience in visa filing, overseas education counseling, or academic counseling (preferred)
• -Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• -Ability to manage multiple applications with attention to detail
• -Confident, goal-oriented, and student-focused approach
• -Prior experience in study abroad or immigration consulting will be an added advantage
