Job Responsibility:

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Tele Caller who will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, introducing the company's services, and generating quality leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients in a professional and persuasive manner.

This role is built around outbound calling, lead generation, client follow-up, and effective communication with prospects and internal teams.

Job Specification:

  • -Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to the company's education and immigration services.
  • -Provide clear and accurate information about study abroad programs, visa services, and available opportunities.
  • -Generate leads by identifying potential clients and understanding their requirements.
  • -Follow up with existing leads and inquiries to maintain engagement and encourage further consultation.
  • -Maintain detailed and organized records of calls, client responses, and follow-up schedules.
  • -Handle client queries professionally and provide appropriate information or direct them to the concerned department.
  • -Coordinate with visa counselors, sales teams, and other departments to ensure smooth client communication.
  • -Update databases and maintain records of client interactions for future reference.
  • -Maintain a professional tone and positive attitude while representing the company during calls.
  • -Work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • -Support marketing and business development activities through effective client communication.
  • -Ensure that all conversations follow company policies and professional communication standards.
  • -Requirements & Qualifications
  • -Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
  • -Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • -Good listening skills and the ability to understand client requirements.
  • -Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records or CRM data.
  • -Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • -Positive attitude, patience, and confidence while speaking with clients.
  • -Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
