Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a well-organized, professional, and friendly Front Desk Receptionist who will serve as the face of the organization and ensure the smooth functioning of front-office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This role involves managing the reception area, handling client interactions, coordinating communications, and supporting smooth day-to-day office operations.

Job Specification:

  • -Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • -Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries.
  • -Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • -Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry and exit procedures at the front desk.
  • -Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and client visits as required.
  • -Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to front desk activities.
  • -Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • -Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, document handling, and filing.
  • -Manage emails, messages, and inquiries received through different communication channels.
  • -Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • -Assist in coordinating office activities, meetings, and internal communication when required.
  • -Provide support to management and other team members in administrative and coordination tasks.
  • -Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while dealing with client information and company data.
  • -Requirements & Qualifications
  • -Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
  • -Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • -Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • -Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • -Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office management tools.
  • -Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced work environment.
  • -Previous experience in reception, front desk, or administrative roles will be an advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • -Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
