Job Responsibility:

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Personal Assistant with a background in accounting who can efficiently manage executive support tasks while also contributing to our travel operations. This multifaceted role requires strong organizational skills, financial understanding, and hands-on experience in travel coordination.

Job Specification:

  • -Manage executive schedules, appointments, and internal/external communications
  • -Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management
  • -Assist with accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and financial reporting
  • -Maintain accurate financial records and support basic budgeting activities
  • -Handle flight bookings and travel arrangements using the IATA portal
  • -Ensure smooth coordination of travel plans with a focus on client satisfaction
  • -Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for operational efficiency
  • -Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • -Requirements & Qualifications
  • -B.Com degree or equivalent in accounting/finance
  • -Prior experience in administrative and accounting roles preferred
  • -Familiarity with travel booking systems (IATA portal experience is a plus)
  • -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • -Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting tools
