Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator who will be responsible for managing administrative functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

This role supports office systems, documentation, coordination, record management, and internal operational efficiency.

Job Specification:

  • -Maintain and organize office records, files, and important documentation to ensure easy accessibility and accuracy.
  • -Manage data entry, documentation, and record-keeping for various administrative and operational activities.
  • -Assist in business development activities by supporting coordination, documentation, and communication processes.
  • -Communicate effectively with internal teams, management, and external partners to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
  • -Conduct research on relevant topics, collect information, and prepare reports or summaries when required.
  • -Coordinate with different departments to support project execution and operational tasks.
  • -Monitor office supplies and ensure the availability of necessary materials for daily operations.
  • -Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist in organizing internal or external appointments.
  • -Support management with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • -Ensure proper organization of digital and physical files for efficient record management.
  • -Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling company information and documentation.
  • -Assist in improving administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • -Requirements & Qualifications
  • -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
  • -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • -Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.
  • -Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office management tools.
  • -Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • -Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to administrative tasks.
  • -Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or operations will be an advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements:
