Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the immigration and education sector.

This role focuses on sales growth, strategic outreach, and building long-term client and partner relationships.

Job Specification:

  • -Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • -Generate and convert leads into clients through effective communication and follow-ups
  • -Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • -Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategic sales campaigns
  • -Conduct presentations and consultations to showcase company services
  • -Stay updated on immigration trends, policies, and market developments
  • -Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities using CRM systems
  • -Achieve sales targets while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • -Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking platforms
  • -Requirements & Qualifications
  • -Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • -1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferred)
  • -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • -Strong convincing ability and target-oriented mindset
  • -Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
